Product material

Jute is a vegetable-based fiber. It is one of the rare materials that are organic, reusable, recyclable, sustainable, and biodegradable. Jute is sturdy, flexible, and long-lasting, therefore, making it a perfect material for bags.

Jute has natural UV protection and grows without the use of fertilizers and pesticides. This makes it able to grow and cultivated without harsh products or chemicals. Because of this, it has a much smaller carbon footprint than other materials. Cotton is Jute’s only material competitor for eco-friendliness. Unlike Jute, cotton uses a lot of chemicals and fertilizers in the manufacturing process.

Aside from not needing fertilizers and pesticides, Jute relies heavily on rainfall to grow. Instead of utilizing irrigation systems, Jute is cultivated through nature’s ecosystem.
Jute is a crop that enhances the soil in which it grows, allowing it to help future crops. Jute also absorbs carbon dioxide and releases oxygen much faster than trees. Similar to bamboo, a hectare of jute plants consume about 15 tons of carbon dioxide and releases 11 tons of oxygen.

Jute reaches maturity quickly, between 4-6 months, making it an incredibly efficient source of renewable material, and therefore sustainable.

Jute is grown mostly in Neha’s home state of West Bengal, India. The climate conditions allow for this plant to thrive there.

All of our products are manufactured at a social and ethical compliant manufacturing site in India.

Shipping & Payment

We only ship to 48 states in the United States of America.

Usually, all retail orders are processed and shipped in 24-48 hours, unless agreed to a different shipping period. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed starting the next business day. The shipping rates displayed on the website are for retail orders shipped to 48 contiguous United States and District of Colombia. All orders are sent with tracking information.
If there is an excessive delay in processing, we will get in contact with you.

We accept Master, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Exchange & Returns

All retail orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order either by calling us or emailing us. For wholesale and bulk orders, we will follow the terms agreed upon.

We are sure you will be happy with the quality of our product. In case of an unfortunate event that you don’t get what you were expecting, please contact our customer service via phone or email. All unused items will be accepted back within 15 days of delivery, and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. And all the return items should be shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received.

We don’t offer exchanges on our product. Please choose your product carefully. The product can be returned as stated above, the buyer needs to place a new order to get another item.

For all retail orders, the credit will be issued back via the original payment method if returned within 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned products must be unused and undamaged. We do not offer refunds for wholesale and bulk custom orders. We can only replace the products if they have any defects or are not as mentioned in the requirement.
