We request information from the buyer on any order form. Here a buyer must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing and shipping purposes, to fill buyer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in contact with the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct shipping address.
Oversold items may result in order cancellation. If such an event would arise, we will try to get in contact with the buyer to explore other options before canceling the order. In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel an order without providing a reason. In this case, cancellation notification will be sent and we will not charge the payment card.
Shipping and Handling
Usually, all retail orders are processed and shipped in 24-48 hours, unless agreed to a different shipping period. Orders placed on weekends/ holidays are processed starting the next business day. The shipping rates displayed on the website are for retail orders shipped to 48 contiguous United States and District of Colombia. All orders are sent with tracking information.

Orders shipped outside the USA will have different shipping charges and we will get in contact with you before processing the order and an updated invoice will be sent reflecting accurate cost and after confirmation, the order will be processed. We comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the buyer, are responsible for all related customs clearance and duty assessed. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from the website you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
For wholesale orders, the processing and shipping time will be based on agreed-upon time and in certain cases may be shipped directly from our manufacturing site.
We are sure you will be happy with the quality of our product. In case of an unfortunate event that you don’t get what you were expecting, please contact our customer service via phone or email. All unused items will be accepted back within 15 days of delivery, and return shipping charges will be responsibility of the buyer. And all the return items should be shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received.

Credit will be issued back via the original payment method if returned within 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
